Our factories had a humble start making quality garments for over a decade for industry customers such as Walmart and Macy's. With our experience and adaptability, our factory was at scale with tight quality control processes and automated machinery. As soon as the COVID-19 pandemic took hold in Asia in late 2019, we began preparations to convert our operations to fully support medical professionals in need.

As the 2020 COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic started enveloping the world, PPE shortages grew rampant across hospitals and clinics. Frontline workers were especially vulnerable as they were working to treat patients, unprotected. Seeing the tragedies that were happening right in front of our eyes, we could not be stagnant. So, on a mission to bring PPE to the hands of medical professionals and with input from doctors from major hospitals, our founders established AZAC Group and this brand ProtectX.

ProtectX - Medical Series

With decades of factory management and technology experience, ProtectX quickly implemented automation, operation research, and modern quality control. Promptly, we began creating top of the line isolation gowns with embossed CPE material at AAMI level 3 and 4 standards. Today, our factory is one of the largest, if not the largest, producer of CPE disposable isolation gowns in Asia and possibly in the world, boasting a production capacity of over 1 million pieces a day.

As of 2021, following the stabilization of the pandemic in most of the world, we have converted some of our assembly lines to manufacture quality personal safety products such as safety glasses, shoe covers, gloves, beard guards, sleeve covers, and other safety products used by professionals across all industries. In order to ensure the highest standards of quality, our products are made in our very own factory, rather than contracted factories. With our oversight, the intricate designs, manufacturing, and material management processes all go through our hands. This way, we will always be able to directly influence and nitpick our products to perfection. We aim to be one of the top brands in the industry, delivering high quality products without taking any shortcuts. That will always be how we earn the trust of our customers.
